Wojciech Niewierko is the Member of the Board, External Affairs Director in Poland and the Baltic States at Philip Morris. Graduated from International Studies at the University of Turin. Studied also at Universite Libre de Bruxelles. His professional experience started in European Parliament where he was advising on industry, research and energy policies. Then after 4 years in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in Poland he started his business career in the energy sector, and later joined Philip Morris Poland in 2012. He managed projects related to business-science cooperation, international affairs and regulations. As from 2017 he is the Philip Morris Board Member responsible for corporate and external affairs in Poland and Baltic States.
Gabriel Ragy is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Procter & Gamble in Central Europe, with responsibility for the company’s business and operations in 10 countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia Ukraine, and the Baltic States. Since joining P&G in 1998, he has been in various leadership positions in Sales, Market Strategy and General Management, including global leadership roles in the company. He started his career in various commercial roles in the US, Russia, Belarus and Morocco, followed by Geneva based appointment to lead the Market Strategy & Planning for the CEE, Middle East, and Africa. In subsequent senior sales and general management roles, Gabriel was the Director of Global Sales for the Beauty and Prestige business, rising to become the Vice President for P&G’s Global Development Markets covering 70 countries. Prior to being appointed as the CEO for P&G Central Europe, he served as the Vice President of Market Strategy & Planning in China. Gabriel Ragy is a graduate of the Lee University in Tennessee, USA and earned an MBA from the Drexel University in Philadelphia, USA, followed executive and leadership programs including West Point Military Academy and Harvard Business School.
Rafal Stepnowski is CEO of Jeppesen Poland a Boeing Company and Director of Government Affairs for Boeing International. He is a co-founder of C-Map Poland (established 1993), which was acquired by Boeing and integrated into Jeppesen in 2007. Rafal co-formed 3 individuals venture and over time move to a highly successful and multidisciplinary Jeppesen unit of over 700 professionals located in Gdansk and Rzeszow, focused on aviation navigation data analytics, software development, research and engineering, incl. Boeing AvionX. This location is now one of central to strategic growth of global Boeing Digital. It is also the biggest single Boeing site in EU. Rafal Stepnowski holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from University of Gdansk (UG) and a MBA from Technology University of Gdansk (TUG). He is a founder and Chairman of Jeppesen Foundation, NGO focused on organized support and promotion of wellbeing for all generations. He serves as an invited professor at MBA programs in the field of Strategy. He is a member of the TUG Advisory Board at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Board of Experts at UG Faculty of Economics and Vice President of Gdansk Business Club. In addition to Polish and English, Rafal is fluent in Spanish, Russian and Italian; He is also an active music producer with number of jazz and contemporary music festivals organized.
He is happily married and has two daughters and a grandson.
