Waste Management in Poland - Challenges and Perspective

We invite you to a workshop on Waste Management in Poland - Challenges and Perspective.

The issue of proper waste management in context of the shift in the legal regulations and the necessity to meet EU requirements, will pose a significant challenge to business. The new solutions will affect entities from different industries and involve significant costs.

Our speaker will be Ms. Patrycja Sałagan, Senior Environmental Specialist at EY who will update us on new obligations, including:

- Permits;

- Securing the claims;

- Fire assessment and video monitoring systems;

- Shortening the waste storage period;

- Database of products, packaging and waste management (BDO)- new rules;

- Controls and penalties.

The meeting, organized by our newly formed Industry Committee, will take place on Thursday, June 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the AmCham Boardroom, Spektrum Tower, ul Twarda 18, 16th floor.
