On behalf of the AmCham Real Estate Committee, we invite you to our "Real Estate Business - How to Deal with the New Tax Regulations" meeting. Our speakers are representatives of ASB, an AmCham member company, Mr. Łukasz Bączyk, Head of Tax, and Paweł Jóźwik, Senior Manager, attorney-at-law.

Topics of discussion will include:

· Minimum tax: challenges and new hopes after the CIT amendment of August 25th, 2022,

· The controversial withholding tax regime effective from the beginning of 2022:

• How to deal with it in practice,
• why requesting a WHT opinion from the MF will not always be a good solution.
• Extension of the payer statement deadlines.
