2020 is an exceptionally abnormal year, bringing some changes to the Polish tax system in the second half of this year. The AmCham Tax & Financial Services Committee will be reviewing the most relevant legislative changes that should be considered for daily management.
On behalf of the AmCham Tax & Financial Services Committee, we would like to invite you to join us for a meeting about the New Duties and Tax Solutions in the New Reality. Our speakers will be representatives from Dentons, an AmCham member company, and will discuss:
· Tax scheme reporting (Mandatory Disclosure Rules) - amendments in force as of July 1st, 2020;
· VAT - what's new since July 1st, and what's in store for the near future?
· CIT - changes as of July 1st, CIT changes in the context of the Anti-Crisis Shield 4.0, Estonian CIT and the withholding tax chargeable on payments to non-residents;
· 2020 transfer prices – the market price rule in times of crisis.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, September 17th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
We have room for 18 participants in the AmCham Boardroom (Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor). All others are invited to join online via our WebEx platform. When registering, please choose the most convenient way for your participation.
