The legislative process of the Act on the implementation of mandatory e-Invoicing in Poland (KSeF) has been completed. It is already certain that this solution's implementation date for all taxpayers based in Poland will be July 1, 2024.

On behalf of the AmCham Tax & Financial Services Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Mandatory e-invoices system (KSeF) in Poland – Risks and Challenges.

Our speaker will be Andrzej Pałys, Director of PwC, AmCham membership company and we will discuss:

· What is the critical information from the Act regarding the mandatory National e-Invoice System?

· How to start implementing e-invoices?

· What are the risks and challenges of supporting KSeF in systems?

· What tools and solutions are available?

· What are the most important effects of the entry into force of the KSEF?

Andrzej is a tax advisor and project manager specializing in providing complex IT systems in the compliance area. He has extensive experience in the design, development and implementation of tax engines, workflow solutions and applications addressing international reporting obligations. He is an expert in e-invoicing, e-books, SAF-T and similar systems. He also specializes in the optimization of processes and procedures and the localization of accounting systems. He also has extensive experience in working with public administration - both in the creation of law and the implementation of administrative solutions. Andrzej has worked for a wide range of clients, from the energy and raw materials industries, through telecommunications, banking, FMCG, retail, to GameDev and e-commerce platforms. In the technological area, he is comfortable with infrastructure topics (including cloud architecture), application architecture, workflow platforms, cybersecurity and data protection issues, and agile methodologies (including SAFe). Andrzej is a lecturer at the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics and the Kozminski University, and has also conducted several hundred training courses in the field of taxes, technology, management, innovation and change management.
