AmCham will be hosting a workshop on Mandatory Disclosure Regulations (MDR), which entered into force January 1 this year and concern reporting so-called tax schemes. This is a new concept in legislation and the Polish regulation is a response to an EU Directive. Despite explanations issued by the Polish Ministry of Finance, there are still many questions and doubts regarding which transactions and operations should be treated as tax schemes, subject to obligatory MDR reporting.

This will be a practical and interactive session during which we will present example scenarios which may be affected to the new regulations.
