We would like to invite you to the International Speed Business Meeting in Sopot that will take place on March 31, 2022, 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at the Sheraton Sopot Hotel.

This event is organized in partnership with the International Group of Chambers of Commerce in Poland(IGCC), represented by nine international chambers of commerce in Poland, Invest in Pomerania,Pomeranian Special Economic Zone,and will be attended by 120 representatives from all these organizations.

The agenda of the event is as follows:

5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Registration

6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. The opening & investors debate

6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Speed Business Mixer*

8:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Networking Business Dinner

*The Speed Business Mixer is a unique formula in which participants take part in a series of direct meetings, during which they have a chance to present their company, exchange business cards and make new contacts. The SBM will consist of 3 sessions lasting for 20 minutes.

Please note that we can accept only 1 representative from each company to attend the Speed Business Mixer.

Other company representatives are welcome to join the Networking Business Dinner (we can accept free of charge 2 representatives per company, including the SBM representative).

Please note that the deadline for registration is March 25th, 2022.

Due to challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be limited to vaccinated guests only. The condition for live participation in the meeting is to present a certificate of complete vaccination against COVID-19, proof of recovery (digital or paper), or a negative coronavirus test issued by a medical facility, which cannot be older than 24 hours. Please remember to take the appropriate document with you.
