The pandemic has required us to adopt new ways to function in terms of work standards as we find new approaches to become efficient and be successful in our professions. Organizations must reimagine their efforts and roles in utilizing their offices to build a safe and productive space for employees to enjoy their daily work.

On behalf of the AmCham Real Estate Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Are You Ready for Your New Workplace?

Our speakers will be Mr. Grzegorz Grela, EMEA Senior Facility Manager, Rockwell Automation; Mr. Mikołaj Sznajder, Director, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, CBRE; Mr. Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation, Savills and Mr. Bartłomiej Bochenek, Investment Associate, Griffin Real Estate.

We will discuss:

1. Remote work/home office: post-year performance assessment;

2. Office buildings: will companies need less space after the pandemic?

3. Headquarters: is it possible to move corporations to the cloud?

4. Office space operators and office management – long exclusive contracts or flexible approach?

Bartłomiej Bochenek is a specialist in the areas of corporate finance and investment, and holds a particular focus on financial modelling and analysis. Currently, as Investment Associate at Griffin Real Estate, he is actively involved in developing new business opportunities in the real estate market across various sectors, such as logistics, residential and office. He is also engaged in the Griffin Property Finance fund, where his main focus is mezzanine financing of two logistics projects with nearly 200,000 m2 of GLA. His key responsibility is the day-to-day management as well as active participation in the strategic development of the projects in areas such as senior finance raising, restructuring and sale of the projects.
He has financial background, as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. Prior to joining Griffin Real Estate, he worked in the Corporate Finance team of PwC.

Mikołaj Sznajder is responsible for managing the CBRE’s Office Agency Team of 56 people in 7 offices across Poland. During his tenure Office Agency has expanded its size and operations, solidified leading position on the market and achieved the best results in the company’s history with the biggest market share. For over 14 years he has worked with investment funds, private investors and tenants. In his career he was involved in setting up acquisition and financing of properties, supervision of funds contractors, active asset management. While working for office agencies he was representing landlords and tenants.
His wide scope of experience allows him to develop advanced strategy tailored made to the specific client needs, smooth implementation during the project, supervision over all persons involved in the process and conducting negotiations in order to achieve the client’s goals and his best interest.
