On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to a meetingentitled A good worker has no age – that pays off for everyone!

Our speaker will be Ms. Monika Fedorczuk, Director of the Warsaw Labor Office, experienced labor market expert and University professor, who will talk about the results of the pilot program of Warsaw Labor Office to match retired persons willing to work with potential employers seeking appropriate personnel and on the related financial incentives.



Our speaker will:

- share Labor Office take aways from this pilot program,

- discuss value brought by older individuals to organizations;

- present the best practices and challenges in forming multigenerational teams.



The meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. For better networking and discussion, we encourage you to attend this meeting live in the AmCham office, Spektrum Tower, ul.
