In December last year, the Sejm adopted the amendment to the Labor Code, which introduces remote work to Polish regulations. What are the most important changes, and how can businesses get prepared?
On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to a meeting entitled Changes to the Labor Code – How to implement an effective remote working strategy?
Our speaker will be Mr. Michał Chodkowski, Advocate, President of the Polish HR Association, and Partner at Łaszczuk & Wspólnicy, and we will discuss:
- the rules and procedures for entrusting remote work in companies – how the process should look like?
- obligations of the employer and employee in the remote work model (e.g., the correct determination of the costs to be covered by the employer for remote work);
- remote work policy and other internal documentation to prepare (e.g. accidents at work – BHP issues).
The meeting will take place on Thursday, March 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. For better networking and discussion, we encourage you to attend this meeting live in the AmCham office, Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 20 people, for those registering live, we ask you to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendants before the event.
