COVID-19 has led to many changes in traditional workplace operations, including drastic reductions in the amount of business trips in favor of virtual meetings and other remote alternatives. Online work became a permanent part of our day-to-day operations, but is it able to build organizational strength and foster collaboration in the same way face-to-face interactions have?

On behalf of the AmCham Travel & Tourism Committee, we invite you to our "How to organize safe and effective meetings nowadays – challenges and best practices" meeting. Our speakers will be Ms. Ewa Doromoniec Vieira, Workplace Operations Manager in charge of travel at PwC and Ms. Marta Kicler, Business Development Director, Mazurkas DMC Poland.

During the meeting, topics of discussion will include:

1. Are hybrid meetings the future?

2. How will technology shape the future of meetings and events?

3. Post-pandemic precautions meeting planners should take when planning corporate events;

4. Tradition vs. innovation (creative tools to foster engagement between live and virtual audiences).

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. For better networking and discussion, we encourage you to attend this meeting live in the AmCham office, Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 20 people, for those registering live, we ask you to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent out to all online attendants before the event.
