Accredited executive, leadership and team coach (PCC ICF); mentor and trainer; member of International Coach Federation Global; graduated from ICF-accredited Professional Advanced Coaching Studies (ACTP) at Mukoid Institute of Communication and Development. She also graduated from a prestigious ICF-accredited Team Coaching Lab in Warsaw. Multicultural and internal communication expert, Aleksandra also designs dedicated business workshops in leadership skills, networking, relationship building and personal branding. She gained her on-the-job experience while working as a manager in global financial institutions and a multinational PR and communications agency. Between 2000 and 2007 Aleksandra worked as Internal Communications Manager at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, UK. With over 11 years' experience of working in corporations and FIs, she set up InterComm in 2009 and has since been working with global companies, executive board managers, teams and individual clients.
Aleksandra was a freelance lecturer of business English (LCCI) at Wrocław University of Economics (2009-2010) and of PR, internal and multicultural communication at the Institute of Journalism and Social Communications at the University of Wrocław (2010-2014). She graduated from English Literature at Wrocław University (MA in English) and has MBA from West London University in London.
