Embracing neurodiversity in the workplace is crucial for creating an inclusive and productive environment. Companies that value inclusivity in all areas can gain a competitive advantage thanks to welcoming unique skill sets and ways of thinking.
On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we are launching a series of meetings about inclusivity in the workplace and invite you to the first session entitled The Inclusive Recruitment Process – Everything you Need to Know about! Our speakers will be Mariola Bitner, Head of Workplace Strategy Poland, and Magdalena Szczygieł, Workplace Strategy Consultant from Cushman & Wakefield. Together, we will discuss:
- How the job advertisement in the proper inclusive recruitment process should look like (language, content, layout, and graphics);
- Communication process with the candidate (communication channels, content of communication, etc.);
- Interview process (invitation and space);
- The feedback after the interview.
We will conclude the meeting with the case study, provided by Łukasz Kubiak, Program Manager of Manpower.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We encourage you to visit the AmCham office at Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 20 people; for those registering live, we ask you to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent to all online attendants before the event.
