On behalf of the AmCham HR Committee, we invite you to join us for a short update on recent HR and employment law changes focusing also on those that are still expected or have fallen off the agenda. These will include among others:
- Remote work;
- Implementation of the Work-life balance Directive;
- Implementation of the EU Directive on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions;
- Minimum wage; or
- Laws pertaining to employment of foreigners.
Further, as we are still getting contradictory market data regarding unemployment, job offers, placement, wages levels and many others, we will look at them and see if and how the law responds to these challenges, and how to get prepared for them.
Our speakers will be the Co-Chairs of the AmCham HR Committee Małgorzata Grzelak, Squire Patton Boggs, Labor, Employment and Immigration Partner and Anna Wicha, Adecco Head of Strategic Accounts Eastern Europe, Middle East & North Africa.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 4 from 9:30 a.m. We encourage you to visit the AmCham office, Spektrum Tower, ul. Twarda 18, 16th floor (live tickets are limited to 20 people, for those registering live, we ask you to click the live ticket). The Webex link will be sent out to all online attendants before the event.
