We are pleased to invite you to our next Monthly Meeting on February 2, 2022, at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel.
Our guest speaker will be Mr. Jan Sarnowski, Deputy Minister of Finance (accompanied by his team of Directors).
On January 1, 2022, new tax legislation came into force as a reform package called "the Polish Deal".
The reform introduced a number of changes, such as definitions of a tax-free amount, a tax threshold, a tax-free pension, and many others. Many of us are now struggling with the complexity of the entire pack of these reforms and rising costs of doing business caused by these regulatory changes.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel (Ballrooom ABC).
During the meeting with Minister Sarnowski, we would like to discuss the most challenging major tax changes in "the Polish Deal" as well as legislative plans of the Ministry of Finance for 2022 and 2023. We shall also raise an issue of the national e-invoice system, address some comments on the MDR tax schemes and discuss the Ministry's programs, which aim to support investors.
Due to challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be limited to vaccinated guests only. The condition for live participation in the meeting is to present a certificate of complete vaccination against COVID-19, proof of recovery (digital or paper), or a negative coronavirus test issued by a medical facility, which cannot be older than 24 hours. Please remember to take the appropriate document with you.
We are looking forward to seeing you!
Warm regards,
Dominika Fox-Matulewicz
