We invite you to a practical workshop with case studies from member companies on Job Rotation versus Employee Engagement – Understand Your Workforce.


We will have a variety of speakers from different sectors (leisure, real estate and insurance) who will share the successes and challenges they've encountered in their business careers. Our guests are Ms. Adriana Rychter, HR Director of the Warsaw Marriott Hotel and the Westin Warsaw; Ms. Aleksandra Wrześniewska, HR Director and Mr. Jan Banasikowski, Business Development of CBRE and Mr. Michał Płaczkiewicz, HR Director of Unum Życie TUiR S.A.


We will discuss:

- Nature of problem: how to measure rotation, the most common reasons for job rotation, conclusions from exit interviews;

- Implemented solutions: motivational benefits, changes in communication and management styles;

- Lessons learned – implications for the future.
