For almost half a year now, e-invoice has been a solution available and recognized by the Polish tax system. Polish National e-Invoice System - KSeF - is one of the first in the EU that made structured XML invoices available to companies. The Ministry of Finance announced that e-invoice is planned to become obligatory in the second Quarter of 2023 in all B2B transactions.
Is that a threat or an opportunity? Automatization of invoicing processes, avoiding the risk of mistakes, higher global compliance, or simply speeding up the whole invoicing process shall be quickly adopted by businesses.
