Employment of non-EU citizens in Poland has become widely discussed issue in recent months, mostly because of the administrative procedures, that are complicated and last a long time. Answering the needs of our Member companies and their difficulties when hiring foreigners, American Chamber of Commerce in Poland has taken numerous initiatives, to ease the process of receiving stay and work permits for non-EU citizens.
One of the fields, that we are focused on, is to work out good practices with the institutions responsible for processing work and stay permit applications.

Workshop is dedicated to your HR department employees, who process work and stay permit applications.
During the workshop you will be able to meet employees of Work Permits Department, Residence Legalization Department and Foreigners Service Department of the Małopolska Provincial Office. Except an open discussion, an opportunity to ask questions and individual consultations, workshop agenda covers the general information about application process, detailed training on how to fill-in the application forms to avoid delays and information about 'info.opt' hotline for companies employing non-EU citizens.
