Elzbieta Czetwertynska was appointed Citi Country Officer Poland / CEO Citi Handlowy in June 2021 and in June 2022 received additional responsibility for Ukraine.

Prior to her current role, Elzbieta was Citi Country Officer for Switzerland, Monaco and Liechtenstein, based in Zurich. She assumed that role in March 2019, after a six-year stint in Latin America. Before moving to Switzerland, Elzbieta was Citi Country Officer, and Corporate and Investment Banking Head in Ecuador.
Elzbieta has been at Citi for 29 years, working in different countries and businesses in Europe and Latin America. Elzbieta holds a BSc Hons in Food Science, Economics and Marketing from the University of Reading, England. She is a certified coach in leadership and sales programs and has facilitated several risk management trainings.

She served as President of the Board of Directors for Amcham Ecuador, as well as board member of the Ecuadorian Banking Association. In Switzerland Elzbieta was a board member of the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland. At present, she is in the Board of Amcham Poland, the Polish Banking Association, and she serves as President of the Board of Citi Ukraine.

Krzysztof Krawczyk is a Head of Warsaw office and a Partner at CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms. He is also a board member of CVC's two Polish portfolio companies, PKP Energetyka and Zabka.

Krzysztof has over 20 years of successful track record in European private equity and he served on the boards of numerous private and publicly-listed companies in telecom, tech, media, industrial, logistics and healthcare sectors throughout CEE region.

Prior to joining CVC, Krzysztof was Managing Partner at Innova Capital, a leading mid market private equity firm in Central Europe. Krzysztof also worked at Pioneer Investment, a Poland-based private equity fund, and Daiwa Institute of Research, an advisory arm of Japanese investment bank Daiwa. For last few years he has been a Vice President Polish Private Equity Association and co-founded and co-chaired its LBO Committee in the past.

Krzysztof holds a degree (with Honors) in Finance & Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Radek Kaskiewicz is a manager with 25 years of experience in marketing and international teams management.

Starting February 2021 he takes a position of Vice President and Managing Director 3M East Europe Region, being responsible for managing and building the reputation of the 3M brand in the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine and Georgia) within Corporate Affairs department. Previously, he was the director of Transportation & Electronics Business Group, one of 3Mfour market sectors, in the South East Europe Region (Italy, Greece, Israel, Turkey, Romania, Balkan countries).

Radek joined 3M in 1995. From that moment on, he held various roles within the local, European and global structures of the company. In 2004–2007 he was a Global Market Development Leader of the 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division in St. Paul, USA. After returning to Europe he was the Head of the Industrial and Energy-Electronics Business Groups in Poland, and then the Managing Director of 3M former Central Europe Region, covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Radek is a graduate of the Electronics Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Marek Żółtowski joined BAT in February 2022 and is responsible for government relations and regulatory affairs in Poland with additional outlook on Brussels policymaking process.

Before moving to his current role he was director at the CEC Group - a leading government affairs company in Central Europe and a senior manager at Grayling - global public affairs consultancy. In both roles he has been responsible for the teams advising to C-Suite managers on complicated regulatory route to business friendly regulations. His achievements were recognized with professional awards such as Silver Paper Clip 2019 for Public Affairs campaign and EMEA SABRE Awards finalist 2020 for “Levelling the playing field in the taxi market”. He specializes in policymaking for transforming sectors, disrupted by technology and new business models. Educated at Collegium Civitas International Relations Faculty and Warsaw University Law Faculty for several years He was associated with the non-governmental sector and was a member of the board of the European NGO umbrella organization based in Brussels.

At present he is a member of the supervisory board at Konfederacja Lewiatan, board member for KSPT and representative at numerous business associations in Poland with distinction to the AmCham Advisory Council.
